La Zenia is a resort town in Costa Blanca where Spanish holidaymakers from nearby towns and foreigners from other European countries and the CIS prefer to stay. It is divided into two parts: the first is closer to the sea and the beach, while the second is more distant from the sea.
In the first area, there are several beautiful beaches and picturesque bays. The most popular beach amongst them is La Zenia. It is 350m long and 115m wide. This is one of the best beaches in Costa Blanca. Holidaymakers can rent sun loungers and umbrellas here for comfortable and safe sunbathing under the warm rays of the sun. This area is safe for children, as the Mediterranean Sea is shallow and calm. There are plenty of restaurants and bars along the coastline serving delicious dishes from all over the world, but the emphasis is on the Mediterranean.
The pluses of the first area are not only the Mediterranean Sea in walking distance, landscaped beach areas and green areas, but also the presence of a modern shopping center La Zenia Boulevard. Here are plenty of shops, cafés and a supermarket Alcampo. Events and celebrations for adults and children are organized on-site.
