Pinars de Murada Deluxe is a small new-build development on the pine slopes above Cala Murada, on Mallorca's east coast. The architecture combines modern Mediterranean design with the volumes of traditional Mallorquín houses, emphasising natural light, sliding glass walls, and direct connection between living areas and outdoor space.

Each bungalow has a double-height living area and a private pool in the garden. The interior is organised around large openings that extend the rooms onto a covered terrace, so that the threshold between inside and outside reads as part of the same space.

Location — Cala Murada, east-coast Mallorca

Cala Murada is a quiet residential cove inside the municipality of Manacor. The bay sits between pine-covered cliffs and a sheltered beach, with everyday amenities — supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants — in Cala Murada itself. The larger town of Manacor is around 15 minutes inland.

Palma de Mallorca airport is roughly 70 km away (around an hour by car). The east coast of the island is more residential and less developed than the southwest, with protected nature areas along the coastline.
