Las Bellas Luxury Villas is a gated community of 15 detached villas on the hillside of Balcón de Finestrat, overlooking Benidorm and the Mediterranean. Phase I is essentially complete — one villa is reserved and one serves as the show home — while Phase II brings six villas to the market with delivery in 18–24 months. The community sits in Balcón de Finestrat, the residential hillside between Finestrat village and Benidorm, beneath the Puig Campana peak. La Marina shopping centre with its supermarkets, restaurants and cinema is a few minutes downhill, and Benidorm's Poniente beach is about a 10-minute drive. The Puig Campana trails start practically at the door — a rare combination of hiking country and big-city beach infrastructure. Alicante airport is roughly 45 minutes away.
