Location — San Pedro de Alcántara

San Pedro is Marbella's most liveable town — a real Andalusian centre with a pedestrianised boulevard, weekly market, schools and shops, that just happens to sit ten minutes from Puerto Banús. The residence is about 780 m from the sand of Playa de San Pedro and a short walk from the boulevard and the seafront paseo.

The Guadalmina and Atalaya golf courses are minutes inland, Marbella centre a quarter of an hour east, Estepona the same to the west. Málaga airport is roughly fifty minutes by the AP-7. For a year-round home rather than a resort flat, San Pedro is where locals and long-term residents settle — and new-build stock here is scarce.
