Alma Bungalows 2 — 2-Bedroom Bungalows in San Pedro del Pinatar

Alma Bungalows 2 is a small building of just four two-bedroom homes on a residential street in San Pedro del Pinatar, less than a kilometre from the Mar Menor shore. Two of the bungalows are on the ground floor, each with its own enclosed terrace; the other two take the upper floor, and each has a private rooftop solarium above it. Three of the four are currently available, with completion planned for the end of 2027.

Layout and finishes

All four homes share one plan: two bedrooms and two bathrooms around an open living room and kitchen, at roughly 61 m² built. Kitchens are handed over fully fitted, with integrated appliances and porcelain worktops; the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and there is a separate utility room. Hot water comes from an aerothermal heat pump, ducted air conditioning is pre-installed and the windows have electric shutters.

Terraces, rooftops and parking

What separates the two floors is outdoor space. On the ground floor the living room steps straight out onto a private terrace, closed off from the street. The upper homes are reached by an outside staircase, and each has its own rooftop solarium of around 46 m² with a small private pool — loungers, a dining spot and the water all on one level above the street. Every bungalow comes with its own parking space within the plot.

Location — San Pedro del Pinatar

The building stands in a residential part of town about a kilometre south-east of the centre, with shops, cafés and everyday services within walking distance. The nearest beach, Playa de las Charcas on the Mar Menor, is about 850 m away: shallow, calm water, with the Lo Pagán promenade nearby. To the east the town borders the Salinas y Arenales de San Pedro del Pinatar regional park — salt pans, flamingos and the long open beaches on the Mediterranean side.
