Almina Residences — Apartments and Penthouses with Spa and Indoor Pool, Estepona

Almina Residences is a gated community of 60 homes in Estepona, set back about 400 metres from the sea. The buildings are low-rise and arranged around gardens and a palm-lined lagoon pool. Three formats share the site: ground-floor apartments with their own gardens, apartments on the middle floors, and duplex penthouses at the top with rooftop solariums and wide views over the town to the sea. Completion is scheduled for late 2028.

The homes

Every home has two or three bedrooms, with the main bedroom en suite. The kitchens are fully fitted and open onto the living room, and the living rooms in turn open through floor-to-ceiling glazing onto covered terraces. Comfort is built in rather than added later: underfloor heating, hot-and-cold air conditioning, fibre-optic connection and photovoltaic panels on the roofs. The penthouses spread over two levels linked by an internal staircase, with the private solarium above. Each home comes with a parking space in the underground garage, reached by lift, and the community is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility.

On-site amenities

The shared facilities are closer to a small hotel than a typical residential complex. Below the gardens sits a wellness area with an indoor pool, sauna, a spa plunge pool and a treatment room. There is a gym with cardio equipment, a separate yoga and pilates studio, a private cinema and a light-filled coworking space for residents who work from home. A residents' lounge with a bar looks out over the gardens, and there is a games room. Outside, the communal pool is set among palm trees and landscaped planting. The complex is gated with 24-hour security.

Location

Almina Residences lies on the coastal side of Estepona, with the sea about 400 metres away and shops and schools close by. The old town and marina are a short drive west along the coast; Marbella is around 25 minutes by car and Málaga airport about an hour.
