About Amaranta Living

Amaranta Living is a development of 91 homes — 74 apartments and 17 penthouses — inside Casares Costa Golf, on the coastal side of the municipality of Casares. In the renders, white blocks step down the slope in tiers, their roof edges trailing bougainvillea and their terraces turned towards the fairways and the Mediterranean. Nine homes are on offer at the moment: two-bedroom apartments of about 78–91 m² and three-bedroom apartments of about 105–111 m², all with two bathrooms, on the ground floor, the middle floors and the top floor. Completion is scheduled for November 2027.

Ground-floor apartments have their own gardens; those above have broad terraces. The specification includes photovoltaic panels, solar water heating, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, hot-and-cold air conditioning and a fibre-optic connection, with charging points for electric cars in the underground car park. The visualisations show living rooms opening to the terrace through full-height sliding glass, kitchens in warm wood and stone tones, and a principal bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe.

Location — Casares Costa

Casares Costa Golf sits between Estepona and Sotogrande, set back a little from the coast: the nearest beaches are about 1.5 km away. Estepona’s centre is roughly ten minutes by car and Sotogrande about fifteen; Gibraltar is around half an hour away and Málaga Airport about an hour along the AP-7.
