Location — Moraira, Teulada

Moraira is the coastal half of Teulada, between Calpe and Jávea on the Costa Blanca north. Municipal rules keep the town low: no towers on the seafront, a fishing harbour and marina, and a run of coves instead of one long beach.

The villa stands about 850 metres from the water, with Cala de l'Andragó the nearest of those coves at just under a kilometre. Close enough to walk down, far enough up the slope to keep the view and the plot.
