Portaitana is a new development of 56 terraced townhouses in L'Alluser, on the northern edge of Mutxamel's town centre. The houses stand in two facing rows of 28 along a landscaped inner walkway, bounded by Carrer Braçal de Murteretes, Carrer Mare de Déu de Montserrat and Carrer Agost. Fifty-five homes have three bedrooms; the only four-bedroom house takes the corner plot and has a garden of about 108 m².

Each house is built over three levels. At semi-basement level each house has two parking spaces in the underground garage, with a door straight into the house, and a separate room of roughly 28–38 m² that can serve as a gym, playroom or storage. The ground floor is the day zone: a living-dining room of 28–35 m² opening onto a front and a rear terrace and a private garden, a separate kitchen and a guest WC. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs. In the corner house, a fourth bedroom with its own bathroom sits on the ground floor.

On-site amenities

The pool sits in a garden of cypress hedging between the two rows, alongside a gym and a social club room for residents. Cars stay below ground: the garage entrance is on Carrer Agost, with pedestrian exits onto the side streets, so the walkway between the houses is car-free. Kitchens are handed over fully fitted.

Location

The CP Arbre Blanc primary school and the IES L'Alluser secondary school are a few streets away, and Mutxamel's Mercadona and town-centre shops are within walking distance. Muchavista beach in El Campello is about 6 km by road, roughly ten minutes by car; Playa de San Juan is around 10 km and Alicante city centre about 11 km.
