Camporrosso Serpentine — Finished Sea-View Apartments, Duplexes and Penthouses, Finestrat

Camporrosso Serpentine is the newest village of Camporrosso in Finestrat, on the hillside above Benidorm. It is finished — keys have been handed over since October 2025 — and it was laid out to be more open than the earlier villages: every home faces the sea, with wide landscaped gardens on both sides of a watercourse that winds through the site like a serpent.

The homes

Four homes are currently offered, each with three bedrooms and two bathrooms: a ground-floor apartment with garden (257 m²), an apartment on the fifth floor (230 m²), a ground-floor duplex with garden (285 m²) and a penthouse on the second floor (251 m²). All have large terraces in an open layout with nothing blocking the view, and a parking space is included in the price. The building has lift access.

The complex

The shared facilities are those of a resort: an infinity pool, an indoor pool, a spa with jacuzzi and Finnish sauna, a gym, padel courts and a coworking and meeting area. Terraced gardens run along the whole complex, held by stone walls and planted with climbing plants, Mediterranean shrubs and bougainvillea. Across the watercourse there is a small Mediterranean wood and long paths for walking, running and cycling.

Location — Finestrat, Marina Baja

Camporrosso sits in the Balcón de Finestrat – Terra Marina area, looking out over the Benidorm skyline and the bay. Poniente beach in Benidorm is about 2 km away; Finestrat village and the Puig Campana mountain are behind the development, so the setting combines sea views with the hills of the Marina Baja.
