Capri is the third phase of a residential development on the New Golden Mile, the stretch of the Costa del Sol east of Estepona town. The buildings sit on a gentle slope sheltered by the Sierra Bermeja, with long horizontal terraces, stone-walled garden levels and an outdoor pool at their foot. Fifteen homes are currently offered in this phase: two- and three-bedroom apartments on the ground and middle floors, and penthouses with a private solarium on the roof. Completion is scheduled for early 2028.

The homes

Every home has two bathrooms and either two or three bedrooms. The architecture is designed around light and outdoor living: living rooms open through wide windows onto generous terraces, and exterior shading keeps them usable through the summer. Inside the building, residents have a heated indoor pool and a gym with cardio and strength equipment, so the wellness facilities can be used all year round. Location

Capri lies on the New Golden Mile in eastern Estepona, about 1.9 km from the sea; the nearest beach, Playa de Guadalmansa, is about 2.5 km away. From the terraces the view opens to the Mediterranean on one side and to the Sierra Bermeja on the other. Shops and schools are close by, and the surrounding area is known for its many golf courses.
