Coronado 4 — 1-Bedroom Apartment and 3-Bedroom Penthouse Duplex in Málaga’s Historic Centre
Description
About Coronado 4
Coronado 4 is a nineteenth-century town house on Calle Coronado, in the old quarter of Málaga, fully renovated and converted into three homes, one on each floor. The work is finished and the keys are ready. Two of the three homes are for sale: the one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor and the three-bedroom penthouse duplex at the top of the building.
The renovation kept what gives a house of this age its character. The original stone walls are left bare, the ceilings show their old timber beams, and tall French windows open onto narrow balconies with wrought-iron railings. Everything added is plain and current: wooden floors, kitchens in dark wood built around a central island, and bathrooms with walk-in showers and wall-hung vanities.
The two available homes
The ground-floor apartment has one bedroom and two bathrooms in 107 m² built. Living room, dining area and kitchen share one open space with the island at its centre, and the apartment has its own private terrace.
The penthouse duplex is the largest home in the building, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms in 136 m² built over two levels. Its private roof terrace has a plunge pool and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen; the pool belongs to this home alone.

Location — Centro Histórico, Málaga
Calle Coronado is a short street in the middle of the old town, about 150 metres from Plaza de la Constitución, where Calle Larios begins. The cathedral is roughly 400 metres away, the Picasso Museum a little over 400 metres, and Plaza de la Merced, with the house where Picasso was born, around 500 metres. Muelle Uno and the port promenade are about a kilometre on foot, and La Malagueta, the city beach, about 1.5 km. A car is hardly needed here: shops, bakeries, bars and pharmacies fill the surrounding streets, and the commuter train from the Alameda runs to the airport.
