Crystal Sea II — 3 and 4-Bedroom Detached Villas in Campoamor

Crystal Sea II is a project of just two detached villas, an east villa and a west villa, designed individually and built side by side in Campoamor, on Orihuela Costa. The sea is 937 metres away. Both houses have three bedrooms; the west villa is also offered in a larger four-bedroom version. The layout is the same idea in each: the main suite sits on the ground floor, and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs, so guests or older children have a floor of their own.

Inside

The architecture is a composition of pale rendered volumes and timber-clad walls, with the ground floor opening almost entirely onto the garden. In the visuals an open staircase with a glass balustrade rises through a double-height void beside the living room, and a linear fireplace is set into a TV wall faced with a marble-effect panel. The kitchen combines floor-to-ceiling timber cabinetry with a marble island and bar stools. The main suite has a glass-fronted walk-in wardrobe and a freestanding bath in the bedroom itself; besides the bathrooms, each villa has two guest toilets. The specification includes air conditioning for heating and cooling, home automation, electric blinds, an alarm system, photovoltaic panels and solar water heating.

Outdoor space

Each villa has a private pool and a landscaped garden, together with a covered outdoor kitchen with a barbecue next to the water and a solarium on the roof. Parking is on the plot for more than one car, with a covered carport and an electric-vehicle charging point.

Location

Campoamor is one of the established residential areas of Orihuela Costa, where houses and gardens sit among pine trees. The nearest beach, Playa de Campoamor – La Glea, is about 1.1 km from the villas, and shops, the marina and the golf courses of the area are close by.
