Edificio Marcelina is a new residential building in the north of Torrevieja, designed in a modern style that puts the emphasis on comfort, privacy and natural light. The apartments

The building stands on a residential street in the north of Torrevieja, on the side of town towards La Mata, about 1 km from the sea and the cove of Cala del Palangre. The surrounding area is made up of low-rise houses and apartment blocks, with shops and schools close by. From the upper levels the views reach across the rooftops towards the Mediterranean, as the renders show.
