ERA Residence is a gated boutique community of just twenty-five homes on the New Golden Mile, the residential stretch between Estepona and Marbella; fourteen are currently available. Location — New Golden Mile, Estepona

The New Golden Mile is the coastal band where Estepona's growth has settled into an established residential rhythm: beach clubs and chiringuitos on the sand, golf a short drive inland, supermarkets and international schools within minutes. Estepona's old town, with its flower-lined streets and marina, is about ten minutes west; Puerto Banús and Marbella are a quarter of an hour east.

The beach at Punta Plata is 437 m from the gate. Málaga airport is roughly fifty minutes by the AP-7, Gibraltar about forty — two airports make arrivals flexible for a home that will see year-round use.
