Location — San Miguel de Salinas

San Miguel de Salinas sits on a hill in the Vega Baja of the southern Costa Blanca, inland from Torrevieja and the Orihuela Costa. Known for its elevated position and views over the Torrevieja and La Mata salt lakes, the town keeps a traditional Spanish character with everyday shops, bars and restaurants.

The beaches of the Orihuela Costa and several championship golf courses — Villamartín, Las Ramblas and Campoamor among them — are around ten to fifteen minutes away by car. Alicante–Elche Airport is roughly 45 minutes, with Murcia–Corvera a similar distance to the south.
