JAYA is the apartment phase of Font del Llop Golf Resort in Monforte del Cid — two- and three-bedroom homes of 88–136 m² set along the fairways of the 18-hole Stirling & Martin course, twenty minutes inland from Alicante and its airport. Completion is scheduled for the second half of 2027.

Apartment blocks with lifts hold homes built around one idea: the golf course as your garden. Open kitchen-living rooms run out to covered terraces facing the fairways, bedrooms take fitted wardrobes, and the spec is practical Mediterranean — hot and cold air conditioning, solar water heating, electric blinds, double glazing and a utility room. Font del Llop is the Himalayan-named resort growing around a 2010 Stirling & Martin par-72, where a stream feeds five lakes between the holes and vineyard hills close the horizon. The clubhouse restaurant works as the resort's living room, and the working town of Monforte del Cid — shops, health centre, year-round bars — is ten minutes away.

The A-31 puts Alicante, Elche and the airport about twenty minutes from the gate, with the Arenales and Urbanova beaches around half an hour by car.
