About Lago Varese

Lago Varese is a new-build development of apartments and bungalows in Mil Palmeras, on the southern Costa Blanca, around 600 metres from the nearest Mediterranean beach. The complex is set in a private gated community with two communal swimming pools (one for adults and one for children), landscaped gardens, and dedicated parking.

The apartments are designed around comfort and functionality — two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and spacious terraces that extend the living areas outdoors. Interior finishes follow European construction standards, with bright and elegant living spaces throughout.

The bungalows are due for completion in mid-2028. Each has two bedrooms and two bathrooms in about 56 m² built, a kitchen-lounge, a utility room and fitted wardrobes, plus a private terrace and a solarium. Location — Mil Palmeras, southern Costa Blanca

Mil Palmeras is a small coastal village inside the municipality of Pilar de la Horadada, on the border between Alicante and Murcia provinces. The village sits between the natural park areas of Cabo Roig and the Mar Menor lagoon, with several uncrowded sandy coves nearby — Playa Mil Palmeras, Cala del Rincón, and Vista Alegre.

Alicante airport is around 65 km away (roughly an hour by car); Murcia-Corvera airport is closer at around 35 km. The southern stretch of Costa Blanca is calmer than the central and northern resorts, with a more residential feel year-round.
