The houses

The architecture works with soft curves rather than sharp corners: rounded white facades, arched openings between rooms and a sand-toned palette inside, with olive-green tiles in the bathrooms. The kitchen opens into the lounge, the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and bedrooms come with fitted wardrobes. A separate utility room takes the washer and dryer out of the kitchen. The houses are delivered fully furnished, and the layout can still be adjusted to the buyer's wishes at this early stage.
