About Los Balcones del Golf

Los Balcones del Golf is a small residence of eight apartments built directly above the fairways of La Sella Golf, the 27-hole resort at the foot of the Montgó between Dénia and Pedreguer. Every home looks across the course to the sea, and completion is scheduled for March 2027. The building is low and terraced into the slope, so the three ground-floor apartments open onto private gardens with their own outdoor kitchens, while the upper floors and the three penthouses have deep terraces facing the same view.

La Sella is the golf resort of the Marina Alta: twenty-seven holes designed by José María Olazábal, a hotel and spa, tennis and padel courts, set on the inland side of the Montgó massif, whose 753-metre profile closes the view to the east. It is a quiet, green address ten minutes from the beaches of Les Marines and about fifteen from Dénia’s harbour, old town and the ferries to Ibiza; the Ondara shopping area and the AP-7 junction are five minutes away. Jávea and its Arenal beach are twenty minutes across the mountain, and both Alicante and Valencia airports are about an hour and a quarter. The residence suits golfers who want a home on the course, and owners who prefer the shade and space of the Montgó’s foothills to the seafront in summer.
