About the development

Moratella is a collection of eight ground-floor apartments in the heart of Villajoyosa, individually licensed for tourist use and set within two recently completed buildings, a short walk from the beach. With independent street access and private terrace-gardens, the homes are conceived as a turnkey holiday-and-rental investment on one of the Costa Blanca's most authentic stretches of coast.

Available with two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms, each apartment flows through a fully fitted kitchen-living room onto a private terrace-garden of 25 to 37 m². Delivery is scheduled before December 2026.
