Nature Views — 2 and 3-Bedroom Townhouses in Los Balcones, Torrevieja

Nature Views is a completed residential complex in Los Balcones, Torrevieja, looking out towards the Laguna Salada salt lake and the lemon groves around it — the views that gave the project its name. The homes are white, bright and Mediterranean in style, and they are ready to move into. Two are currently available: a two-bedroom townhouse of about 77 m² and a three-bedroom semi-detached house of about 167 m² with three bathrooms.

The homes

The townhouses are arranged as ground-floor and upper-floor homes, and buyers could choose between a view over the salt lake or over the communal pool. Each has a spacious living room joined to the kitchen and plenty of natural light. The semi-detached house appears in the renders with a curved upper floor, a private pool on its terrace and a roof solarium facing the lake. The homes come with pre-installed air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. Most interior images are renders; the photos of the gardens, pools and building fronts show the finished complex.

Communal areas

Residents share landscaped gardens, an outdoor fitness area, a children’s playground and two large swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. In the photos the white townhouse blocks, with outdoor staircases to the upper homes and small front gardens, line the lawns around the pools.

Location — Los Balcones

Los Balcones is a residential area of Torrevieja beside the Laguna Salada, with shops and schools close by and the town within easy reach. The sea is about 3.4 km away, and the nearest beach, Cala de lo Ferri, about 3.5 km.
