Oasis Garden El Raso is a gated development in the El Raso urbanisation of Guardamar del Segura, made up of white apartment blocks set around a shared garden. In the renders the blocks have long balconies with glass balustrades and pergolas on the roof, while the ground floor is lined with arcades and planters faced in blue-and-white tiles. Thirty-six homes are currently on offer: two-bedroom apartments of about 70 m² and three-bedroom apartments of about 86 m², all with two bathrooms and spread across the ground, middle and top floors. Completion is planned for September 2027.

The homes are handed over ready to move into: according to the project description, the kitchen is fully fitted, basic household essentials are included, and every apartment comes with its own parking space and storage room. The visualisations show kitchens with walnut-tone units, a white breakfast bar and a tall unit for the oven and microwave, a living room with a wood-slatted wall behind the TV, and bathrooms with a walk-in shower in warm, stone-look tiles. On the ground floor, the terraces face the lawn.

Location — El Raso

El Raso is a residential urbanisation in the southern part of the municipality of Guardamar del Segura, set back from the coast, where the houses give way to the fields of the Vega Baja — the aerial render shows farmland just beyond the boundary fence. The nearest beaches on Guardamar’s southern shoreline are roughly 2.5–3 km away, and the town centre is about 4.5 km to the north. Supermarkets, schools and golf courses are a short drive away.
