Panoramar — 2-Bedroom Apartments and Penthouses in Río Park, Mutxamel

Panoramar is a small development of terraced apartment blocks on the hillside of Río Park, a residential area on the north-western edge of Mutxamel, a few kilometres inland from Alicante. Every home is a corner unit, so each one gets windows on two sides and light through most of the day. Two homes are currently offered: a two-bedroom apartment on a middle floor and a two-bedroom penthouse. Handover is planned for the end of 2026.

The apartments

Both layouts have two bedrooms and one bathroom in around 51–56 m² built, arranged around an open living and dining room with the kitchen along one wall. The main feature is outdoor space: every home has a private terrace, from 29 m² up to 70 m² depending on the unit, facing out over the valley towards the sea and the mountains. The kitchens are delivered fully equipped — ceramic hob with integrated extractor, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine — and the master bedroom has a lined built-in wardrobe. The homes run on an aerothermal system, air conditioning is installed, and a home-automation system lets you control lighting, electric shutters, thermostats and the alarm from your phone. Bathrooms have walk-in showers and fitted vanity units. A parking space is included with every home, some of them covered.

On-site amenities

The blocks share a communal pool with a sunbathing terrace, set in landscaped gardens between the buildings. The development has photovoltaic solar panels. The facades are wrapped in external thermal insulation, which keeps the apartments cooler in summer and cheaper to heat in winter.

Location — Río Park, Mutxamel

Río Park is a quiet, low-density area of new homes among the hills behind Mutxamel, with a bus stop close to the development. The beaches of San Juan and El Campello are about ten minutes away by car, central Alicante around fifteen and Alicante-Elche airport about twenty.
