Paradís Suites — 3-Bedroom Tourist Apartments in Villajoyosa

Under the tourism rules of the Valencian Community, the ten apartments of Paradís Suites are licensed as a tourist apartment establishment (establecimiento de apartamentos turísticos). The new building stands on the south-western side of Villajoyosa, about 400 m from the sea. Four of the ten apartments are currently for sale, all on the middle floors, each with three bedrooms and two bathrooms in around 83–84 m² built.

What the tourist licence means

The apartments are intended for holiday use: owners can stay in them themselves and, the rest of the time, let them to visitors within the terms of the licence. Because this classification affects how a property can be used, financed and taxed, it is worth going through the licence conditions with an independent lawyer and tax adviser before reserving.

Layout and terraces

A fully fitted kitchen opens onto the living area, and the main bedroom has its own bathroom. Fitted wardrobes are included, and every apartment has a private terrace, part of it covered. In the visualisations, the apartments at the rounded end of the building open onto curved loggias screened by terracotta brick lattice, with the sea beyond the parapet. Photovoltaic panels and solar water heating cover part of the building’s energy use.

Garden, pool and roof

Beside the building, a landscaped communal garden surrounds a swimming pool with room for sun loungers. The roof is laid out as a shared solarium, a lift serves every floor, and the building is designed for access by people with reduced mobility. The door has an entry phone, and the private parking spaces are in an enclosed area at the rear of the plot.

Colònia de l'Almadrava

Avinguda de l'Alfàs del Pi, where the building stands, runs through Colònia de l'Almadrava, a residential neighbourhood on the south-western edge of Villajoyosa, a little under 2 km from the old town and its brightly painted houses along the seafront. Platja del Paradís lies about 850 m to the south-west. The neighbourhood has its own shops and schools, and public transport stops close by.
