Residencial Aura — 3 and 4-Bedroom Villas with Private Pools in Rojales

Residencial Aura is a development of detached villas in Rojales, the Costa Blanca South municipality that also takes in Ciudad Quesada. It is being built in two neighbouring phases: Aura I, with four-bedroom villas, and Aura II, with three-bedroom villas. Every villa stands on its own plot with a private pool and garden, and two villas in the first phase are show homes.

The villas

The four-bedroom villas of Aura I are laid out over several levels. The main floor is a single open space with kitchen, dining and living areas, large windows and direct access to a private terrace, while the bedrooms and bathrooms form a separate private zone. The basement holds the garage and further rooms that work as an office, gym or lounge, and the roof is finished as a private solarium with space for dining outdoors. All three-bedroom villas of Aura II include a basement garage; buyers can instead choose a version with a guest toilet, living room and bedroom beside the garage, and a rooftop solarium is available as an optional extra. The homes have fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms.

On-site amenities

Outdoor life centres on each villa's own garden and private pool, framed by covered and open terraces. On the renders the pools sit in front of the houses, next to paved terraces and palm trees. Each home is self-contained on its plot, with parking in its own basement garage.

Location — Rojales

Rojales is an inland town in the Vega Baja, about 7 km from the coast, and its municipality includes the residential area of Ciudad Quesada. Shops and schools are close to the development, and there are golf courses in the surrounding area.
