Residencial Bahia — 3-Bedroom Townhouses with Private Gardens in Gran Alacant

Residencial Bahia is a private, gated community of two-storey houses in Gran Alacant, the residential area on the cape of Santa Pola. Five homes are currently offered: two townhouses and three semi-detached houses, all with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each house has its own garden, and the development is due for completion in December 2027. These homes belong to the fourth phase of Residencial Bahia, and a show home is already open, so finishes and room sizes can be seen first-hand.

The houses

The ground floor is given over to living: the kitchen is open to the dining and living area, and large glazed doors open onto the garden and terrace. A staircase leads to the upper floor; the bedrooms include a main bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, and wardrobes are fitted throughout. The houses come with pre-installation for air conditioning; the units themselves are not included. Energy use is kept low by photovoltaic solar panels and solar water heating, and each home has private parking with an electric-vehicle charging point. Private gardens start at around 26 m², and a private terrace adds outdoor space at the upper level.

On-site amenities

The community is closed to the public, with entry-phone access, and has a communal swimming pool with shared garden areas alongside the private gardens of each house.

Location

Gran Alacant spreads across the cape of Santa Pola, between the hills and the sea, with fine-sand beaches such as El Carabassí and wide pine woods along its eastern side, looking over the bay between Alicante and Santa Pola. The area has its own shopping centre with shops, restaurants and leisure, and everyday services are close at hand; the coast is about 2.9 km from the houses.
