About Sa Roqueta

Sa Roqueta is a newly built villa set into the foothills of the Sierra Bernia, on the quiet hillside above Altea where the town's whitewashed old quarter meets open Mediterranean views. Spread over two floors and finished in a style that pairs clean contemporary lines with a sloping tiled roof and slatted timber pergolas, the house sits between the sea and the mountains — close enough to the coast for an easy drive to the marina and the beaches, yet lifted above the bustle with sun, sea and mountain framed from almost every room.

The home offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a guest cloakroom across roughly 235 m² of build. Sa Roqueta stands on the hillside of the Sierra de Altea, at the foot of the Sierra Bernia that shelters the town from the north — a green, residential enclave of detached villas where the views sweep from the mountain ridge down across Altea Bay to the sea and the distant silhouette of the Peñón de Ifach.

Altea's seafront promenade, marina and beaches are a short drive downhill, along with the cobbled lanes, galleries and restaurants of the historic old town beneath its blue-domed church. Altea lies at the heart of the northern Costa Blanca, with Albir and Benidorm close by and Alicante–Elche airport around an hour away.
