About Salinas Tower

Salinas Tower is a gated development of three blocks sharing one address in central Calpe, 379 metres from the sea. Forty-three apartments are available across the three towers, in two and three bedrooms. Completion is staged: the first tower is due at the end of 2026, the second in January 2027 and the third in April 2027 — which matters if a delivery date decides the purchase, because the same layout can be bought in a different tower for a different date.

The scheme is unusually uniform. There are effectively only two layouts in the whole development: a two-bedroom of about 101 m² and a three-bedroom of 127 m², repeated up the towers. What changes between apartments is not floor area but position — floor level, tower and outlook — and that is where the price differences come from. The terraces are the point of the design: they run wide and open towards Arenal-Bol beach, Las Salinas park and the Peñón de Ifach.

Location — central Calpe

Calpe is built around the Peñón de Ifach, the limestone rock that rises straight out of the sea and splits the town's two bays. Salinas Tower sits inland of the shore beside Las Salinas, the salt lagoon that gives the development its name and that draws flamingos through much of the year — an odd and rather good thing to have at the end of a residential street.

The beach at Cantal Roig is 386 metres away, and the Arenal-Bol seafront with its promenade and restaurants runs a little further along the bay. Alicante–Elche airport is about an hour south along the AP-7; Valencia is a similar distance north.
