About Salisol Hills

Salisol Hills is a boutique villa community on the Finestrat hillside, now selling its second phase: individually designed villas of 107–225 m² on private plots of roughly 350–530 m², each with its own 6 x 3 m swimming pool. The first phase is sold out; in the current phase every villa is a named model with its own layout — from single-level three-bedroom homes to larger villas with basements.

The delivery specification is unusually complete for this market: fitted kitchen with appliances, fully furnished bathrooms, electric blinds and air-conditioning pre-installation are all included, with roof solariums on most models. One villa is key-ready; the remaining homes complete through 2026. Furniture and air-conditioning units are not included.

The community sits on the hills of Finestrat, where the villa suburbs climb from Benidorm towards the Puig Campana — sea views in front, the mountain behind, and the quiet of a residential hillside in between. La Marina shopping centre and the sandy cove of Cala de Finestrat are about ten minutes by car, Benidorm's Poniente beach hardly further.

The Villaitana golf courses play a short drive away, and Alicante airport is roughly 40 minutes down the AP-7 — close enough for weekend ownership, complete enough for year-round living.
