7 Diamonds Villas — 4 and 5-Bedroom Villas in La Capellanía, Benalmádena

7 Diamonds Villas is a small development of detached villas in La Capellanía, a long-established residential area of Benalmádena on the hillside above the coast. The villas are designed around a 180-degree view of the Mediterranean from the main living floor, with the terraces and pool laid out on the same side. Four villas are currently for sale, with four or five bedrooms. Completion is scheduled for mid-2027.

The villas

Each villa is spread over three levels connected by a private lift. The ground floor is given over to an open-plan kitchen and living area that opens through full-height glazing onto the terraces and the pool. In the four-bedroom layout the upper floor holds the master suite with its own private terrace and three further bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom; there are also two guest toilets. The basement contains a garage for two cars and a large flexible room that can be fitted out as a home cinema, an extra bedroom or an activity room with a bar. The visualisations show several interior schemes: kitchen islands with marble worktops, floor-to-ceiling wine walls, floating staircases and fireplaces in the living rooms.

Terraces and garden

The living floor carries on outside onto wide terraces with a barbecue area and a chill-out lounge beside the infinity pool, all facing the sea. In the renderings the pool has a shallow ledge with built-in stools, and a sunken seating area with a fire pit sits between the lawn and the water. The gardens are planted with flowers, palms and clipped hedges, and there is an entry phone at the entrance.

Location

La Capellanía is a quiet, long-settled part of Benalmádena, known for its white villas in traditional style and mature gardens. The sea is about 1.1 km away and the nearest beach, Playa de Torreblanca, about 1.6 km. Golf courses, restaurants and the shops along the coast are a short drive away.
