Siena — 3-Bedroom Apartments at La Manga Club Resort

Siena is a new gated development inside La Manga Club, the golf and sports resort set among hills in the south-east of the Murcia region, surrounded by nature. The wider project mixes apartments, townhouses and villas around communal gardens; the homes currently offered are six three-bedroom apartments in two-storey blocks, three on the ground floor and three on the top floor. Completion is planned for February 2028.

The apartments

Every apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. Ground-floor homes have 103–105 m² built and step out from a covered terrace into a private garden; top-floor homes have 117–120 m² and a private solarium on the roof, with views over the resort's hills. The kitchen is fully fitted and open to the living room, and each apartment adds a utility room and fitted wardrobes. Ducted air conditioning provides heating and cooling, domestic hot water comes from an energy-efficient system, and photovoltaic panels supply part of the electricity.

Communal areas

The complex is enclosed and landscaped, with communal swimming pools including a children's pool, a gym and multipurpose room, and private outdoor parking spaces. The visualisations also show a pétanque court and stepping-stone paths running through flowering gardens.

Siena sits within the resort, close to its golf courses, and its homes look out over gardens, pools, fairways and the surrounding hills. The sea is about 1.5 km away and the nearest beach, Cala del Barco, about 2 km.
