About Sierra Cortina Residences

Sierra Cortina Residences is a gated complex on Calle Bruselas in Sierra Cortina, Finestrat, made up of 56 apartments in five blocks and 18 villas. The apartments have two or three bedrooms and 93 to 151 m² of built living space; a parking space and a storage room come with every one of them. Block 1 has a ground and a first floor, Blocks 2 to 5 add a second floor. Handover is planned in two stages, in June and December 2027.

What each apartment gets outside depends on its floor. On the ground floor, a private garden of 29 to 87 m² opens off the terrace. On the second floor of Blocks 2 to 5 the homes run over two levels: a stair climbs to a roof-level room with a third shower room, a laundry and a private solarium of 42 or 59 m², structurally reinforced for a hot tub. Kitchens are handed over with induction hob, oven, extractor, microwave, built-in dishwasher and fridge; ducted air conditioning can be set room by room, and a home-automation system runs the lighting and the electric shutters.
