Sira Homes — 2 and 3-Bedroom Apartments in Elviria, Marbella

Sira Homes is a boutique development of 21 homes in Elviria, a residential area on the eastern side of Marbella known for its villas and townhouses set among mature gardens. The buildings are low and stepped into the hillside, with planted terraces on every level. Five apartments are currently for sale: top-floor homes with two or three bedrooms and one three-bedroom ground-floor apartment. Construction began in early 2025 and completion is scheduled for mid-2027.

The apartments

The two-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms, and the three-bedroom layouts have three. Each home is built around an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with sliding glass walls onto a private covered terrace. The specification includes fitted wardrobes, a solarium, a lift and private parking, and the apartments face south-west. The visualisations show light, natural finishes — pale stone floors, oak joinery and a bathroom with a walk-in shower — and, on one ground-floor terrace, a small plunge pool.

Gardens and wellness area

The communal grounds are laid out as a Mediterranean garden with lit pathways and green walls planted with native species. A small bridge leads to the wellness area, which has a dry sauna, a hammam, a fully equipped gym and an outdoor training space. The project is designed to BREEAM certification standards.

Location

Elviria lies between Marbella and Cabopino, with restaurants, bars and everyday services close by. The sea is about 2.2 km away and the nearest beach, Playa de Artola, about 2.3 km. The golf courses of Cabopino, Santa María, Santa Clara and Río Real are a short drive away.
