Soleil — Apartments with Spa and Sea-View Terraces, Altos de los Monteros, Marbella

Soleil is a gated development of 80 homes in Altos de los Monteros, a green hillside enclave on the eastern side of Marbella. The buildings step down the slope among pines, so the terraces look out over the treetops towards the Mediterranean. Eleven homes are currently offered, with completion planned for 2029.

The homes

The offer covers two- and three-bedroom apartments on the ground, middle and top floors, plus a penthouse. Every home has a large private terrace, partly covered, and the ground-floor apartments and the penthouse add a solarium. Interiors are open-plan, with the kitchen joined to the living and dining area and floor-to-ceiling glazing onto the terrace. The specification includes hot-and-cold air conditioning, underfloor heating, fitted wardrobes, double glazing and home automation. Parking is communal, with charging points for electric cars.

Shared facilities

Residents share an outdoor infinity pool set in landscaped gardens, a heated indoor pool with a Turkish bath and spa, a gym with a glazed wall facing the view, a coworking area and a social club, as well as a communal terrace with open views of the sea. The complex is gated, with entry-phone access.

Soleil sits in Altos de los Monteros, surrounded by woodland, about 2.1 km from the sea; Los Monteros beach is roughly 2.4 km away. Marbella's centre and old town, the Río Real golf course and La Cañada shopping centre are a few minutes' drive from the development.
