About Solenne

Solenne is a building of just 21 apartments and penthouses in Puerto del Almendro, a quiet residential district in the south of Benahavís. Nine homes are available at the moment, with two or three bedrooms and roughly 95 to 186 m² built: ground-floor apartments with private gardens, middle-floor apartments and top-floor homes with roof terraces. The project is sold off-plan, and completion is planned for June 2028. In the renders the building is a long, low white volume of staggered terraces under slatted pergolas, and the upper floors look out over the trees to the coast.

The interiors are drawn with floor-to-ceiling glazing, open-plan kitchens around a marble-look island and terraces as deep as a room. Heating and cooling run on an aerothermal system, with underfloor heating and hot and cold air conditioning; bedrooms have their own bathrooms and fitted wardrobes. Some of the garden and roof-terrace homes are shown with a pool of their own. Parking is underground, with a lift to every floor.

Location — Puerto del Almendro, Benahavís

Puerto del Almendro is a low-rise area of villas and small apartment buildings on the hills in the southern part of Benahavís, close to the golf courses that fill this stretch between Marbella and Estepona. San Pedro de Alcántara and its beach promenade are about 4 km down the road, with Puerto Banús a few minutes further east. The village of Benahavís itself, up in the Guadalmina valley, has a reputation out of proportion to its size: with so many restaurants, it is often called the dining room of the Costa del Sol.
