Sungolfbeach — 2-Bedroom Apartments in Villamartín

Sungolfbeach is a small residential building in Villamartín with only eight apartments, all laid out the same way: two bedrooms and two bathrooms in about 65 m². Each floor has its own outdoor space. The ground-floor apartments open onto large terraces, those on the first floor combine a terrace with a patio, and the upper apartments have terraces of their own.

The apartments

The living room and kitchen form one open space. The kitchens come fully equipped, with white units, dark worktops and a full set of appliances. Villamartín is a residential district of Orihuela Costa that grew up around its golf course, with a small plaza of restaurants and shops at its centre. The beaches of Orihuela Costa are about four kilometres away by car.
