Sunserenity is a collection of one and two-storey villas in Los Alcázares, the low-rise town on the western shore of the Mar Menor, with the fairways of Serena Golf a short walk away. Three villas are currently available: a compact two-bedroom of 78 m² and three-bedroom homes of 111 and 115 m² — each on its own plot with a private pool, a patio sized for outdoor dining and a bright solarium on top.

Layouts put the kitchen-lounge in one open volume, with ensuite bathrooms, fitted wardrobes, a utility room, covered terraces and a domotics system in the specification. Parking is private, on the plot. Completion date is to be confirmed.

Location — Los Alcázares, Mar Menor

Los Alcázares keeps the Mar Menor's best everyday argument: warm, shallow, waveless water that stretches the swimming season from spring to late autumn, backed by a promenade of chiringuitos and a working Spanish town rather than a resort strip. The lagoon shore is about 1.2 km from the villas; Serena Golf's clubhouse is closer still.

Shops, schools and the weekly market are minutes away; the open-sea beaches of La Manga run twenty minutes east. Murcia's Corvera airport is roughly half an hour and Alicante-Elche about an hour — the Costa Cálida formula: more sun, calmer water, gentler prices.
