Location — Jávea

Jávea sits at the north end of the Costa Blanca, wrapped between the Montgó massif and Cap de Sant Antoni. The town works as three separate places: the walled old town inland, the fishing port below it, and the Arenal, the one sandy beach, along the bay.

The villa stands above the town, roughly 2.4 km from the water, with la Caleta the nearest cove. That is a short drive rather than a walk, and it is what pays for the plot, the levels and the outlook.
