Villa Gladiolo — Designer Villa Steps from the Sea, Torre de la Horadada
Description
About the villa
Villa Gladiolo is a one-off architect-designed villa in the beach streets of Torre de la Horadada, around 265 metres from the water. Two crisp volumes in warm sand tones stack over a glazed ground floor: 344 m² holding five bedrooms, a double-height living zone that opens fully onto the pool terrace, and a roof solarium looking over the rooftops to the Mediterranean.
The ground floor runs as one continuous space — lounge, dining area and an island kitchen sliding out to a covered outdoor kitchen and dining terrace by the pool. Bedrooms take the quiet side and the upper floor, the main suite framing the sea through full-width glazing. A private garage and mature tropical planting close the plot.

Location — Torre de la Horadada
Torre de la Horadada is the coastal face of Pilar de la Horadada — a low-rise beach town at the very southern tip of the Costa Blanca, known for its marina, its watchtower and a string of fine-sand coves that stay pleasantly local even in August. The villa stands inside the beach grid: sand, chiringuitos and the seafront promenade are a few minutes' walk.
The Mar Menor and the Lo Romero golf course are within ten to fifteen minutes by car, Murcia-Corvera airport around forty minutes and Alicante about an hour — with the San Pedro del Pinatar services and the AP-7 practically at the town's edge.
