Location — Rincón de Loix, Benidorm

Rincón de Loix is the eastern residential quarter of Benidorm, quieter in character than either beach strip and set on the rising ground below the Sierra Helada. The site is roughly 1.1 km from Playa de Levante — a walk rather than a drive — with the town's shops and services a few minutes below.

Benidorm itself is one of the few Spanish resort towns that works twelve months a year: a permanent population, a hospital, schools, and a promenade that stays busy in February. The AP-7 and the coastal TRAM reach Alicante and its airport, roughly an hour to the south.
