About Vista Iffach

Vista Iffach is a small collection of new-build villas at Cumbre del Sol, the hillside resort in Benitachell between Jávea and Moraira on the northern Costa Blanca. Each home is oriented to make the most of the view, which reaches across the Mediterranean to the Peñón de Ifach and the coastline toward Calpe. The three villas share the same clean, contemporary design of around 273 m².

The interiors are open and easy to live in, with wide glazing and terraces that frame the sea and a private pool set on the plot. Location — Cumbre del Sol, Benitachell

Cumbre del Sol is a large, well-established residential resort on the cliffs of Benitachell (El Poble Nou de Benitatxell), between the towns of Jávea and Moraira. It is best known for Cala del Moraig, a striking cove of clear water beneath high cliffs, and for far-reaching sea views that take in the Peñón de Ifach at Calpe.

The resort has its own commercial centre and international school, with the marinas, old towns and restaurants of Jávea, Moraira and Calpe all within a short drive. Alicante–Elche and Valencia airports are each around an hour to an hour and a quarter away.
