About the villa

Vista Linda is a set of four luxury semi-detached villas on the Torreblanca hill in Fuengirola — and this is the last one still available. The house is built for its views: the living room opens south onto a wide terrace facing the Mediterranean, the 30 m² open kitchen has a terrace of its own looking at the mountains, and the crowning roof terrace takes in the sea and the whole of Fuengirola, with room planned for a jacuzzi and an outdoor kitchen.

Location — Torreblanca, Fuengirola

Torreblanca is a residential hillside on the eastern side of Fuengirola, where the streets climb just high enough to lift every terrace above the rooftops and out to the sea. The beach — Playa Torreblanca-Carvajal — lies some 600 metres downhill, and shops, schools and the local railway line into town are all close by.

Fuengirola itself brings seven kilometres of promenade, a working marina and year-round town life; Mijas Pueblo is ten minutes up the hill, Málaga airport about twenty minutes by the A-7. It is one of the few spots on this coast where a full-size family villa lives within walking distance of the sand.
