About Vitae Villas

Three villas of the Vitae Villas project — C8, C9 and C10 — stand next to each other on a steep hillside in Real de La Quinta, the community that climbs the slopes above the La Quinta golf course, where Benahavís meets Marbella. Each has five bedrooms and its own infinity pool; the built areas are about 632, 717 and 562 m² respectively, on plots of roughly 1,980, 2,030 and 1,910 m². C8 and C9 are due in June 2027, C10 in December 2027. The slope shapes the architecture: every house steps down the slope over several levels, so the living rooms and terraces on each floor face the sea rather than the house above. The three are designed differently. C8 is composed of long horizontal planes with deep overhangs that shade the glazing; C9 descends as a series of terrace platforms, with inner garden patios that bring daylight and air into the lower floors; C10 has planted roofs that let it sink into the hillside.

The visualisations show an open kitchen and dining area with a fireplace and a view of the coast, lounges that open straight onto the pool terrace, and a gym looking into one of the green patios. Every bedroom is en suite, a lift runs between the levels, and the garage sits at road level at the top of the plot.

Location — Real de La Quinta, Benahavís

The plots lie high on the green slopes where the municipality of Benahavís rises behind La Quinta and Nueva Andalucía. From this height the view runs over a valley of golf courses and down to the coast, with the mountains behind; the sea itself is about 5 km away. Puerto Banús and the beaches of Nueva Andalucía are a short drive down the hill, and Málaga airport is roughly 50 minutes by car.
