Goya Real Estate invests €80 million in luxury resort in Benidorm
Real estate firm Goya Real Estate, led by Sergio Vidal Balaguer, from Alicante, will allocate 80 million euros to the construction of the second tower of the Gran Delfin project in Benidorm, which includes a luxury hotel and residential resort of two skyscrapers on the first line of the beach in the Alicante city of Poniente.
After the opening last summer of the first phase of Gran Delfin, which consisted of opening the doors of the luxury Delfin Tower skyscraper, 98 meters high, 22 floors and 39 homes, the real estate company has announced the second phase of the project. Under the name Gran Delfin Private Residences&Hotel, Goya RE will build a neighboring building with 44 floors, 158 meters high, 200 apartments, and an exclusive hotel.
The tower will be located on the site of the historic Gran Hotel Delfin, opened in 1963. The building's design, which will bear the Leed Gold seal, includes the recreation of artificial dunes, as well as two pools: one of 1,000 square meters exclusively for owners, and another outdoor one in the beach club, of approximately 1,500 square meters.
Gran Delfin will also feature a sauna, spa, lobby, gym, yoga and pilates area, coworking spaces, gardens, sky gardens, tennis and paddle courts, social club, restaurant, large storage rooms, electric car charging parking for approximately 180 cars, an auditorium and a beach club with three different areas of grass, sand, and wood, with direct access from the beach.
