360º By Cordia — Panoramic Apartments above Cerrado del Águila

Set on the hillside above the Cerrado del Águila Golf Club, 360º By Cordia takes its name literally: the site opens to the sea on one side and the Sierra de Mijas on the other, with the racecourse valley and golf fairways below. Six low-rise buildings hold just 71 apartments — an intimate scale by Mijas Costa standards.

The project is built around its views. Floor-to-ceiling glazing, terraces of up to 179 m² and private gardens on the ground floors turn every apartment toward the panorama, while the hillside position keeps the buildings above the coastal haze. Layouts run from one to three bedrooms across 60–184 m², all with fitted kitchens, fitted wardrobes and en-suite principal bathrooms.

Construction began in late 2025; completion is scheduled for the final quarter of 2027.

The site sits directly above Cerrado del Águila Golf Club beside the Mijas hippodrome, on the quiet hillside between Fuengirola and Mijas Golf. The beaches, promenade and Cercanías rail station of Fuengirola are about ten minutes down the hill; La Cala de Mijas is ten minutes west, Málaga airport around twenty, Marbella twenty-five.

Everyday life is closer than the hillside suggests: supermarkets and the Miramar shopping centre lie on the Fuengirola road, and the racecourse's weekend market is walking distance.
