Valley Views is a gated development of 54 apartments on the Mijas coastal strip, on rising ground between La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola with the Sierra de Mijas behind and the sea in front. Location — Mijas Costa

The site sits on the coastal side of the Mijas municipality, between the village-scale seafront of La Cala de Mijas and the town of Fuengirola. This is the part of Mijas where daily life happens at sea level: the Miramar shopping centre, supermarkets and schools are all a few minutes by car, while the whitewashed hill village of Mijas Pueblo — the postcard version of the name — is a separate place up in the sierra.

Golf is the immediate neighbour: Cerrado del Águila, El Chaparral and Mijas Golf all lie within a short drive. The nearest beach, Playa El Chaparral, is about 1.8 km away, and Málaga airport is roughly 25 minutes along the AP-7.
