Alba Salina 4 is a development of two-storey villas at Vistabella Golf in Orihuela; the homes now on sale belong to its first phase. Every villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and each comes with its own 5 × 3 metre swimming pool, included in the price. The renders show a contemporary design: white walls with stone-clad sections, large sliding windows on the ground floor and an upstairs terrace with a glass balustrade under a slatted pergola.

Downstairs is open plan — the living area, dining space and kitchen share one room, with an open staircase rising to the bedrooms.
