Casas Blancas de Vistabella is a small group of new three-bedroom villas in Entrenaranjos, the residential area next to Vistabella Golf in Orihuela. Six homes are currently on sale: four semi-detached houses with two bathrooms and about 100 m² built, and two detached villas with three bathrooms and about 117 m². Every home stands on its own plot with a parking space and a private pool of 5 × 3 m or 6 × 3 m.

Layout and specification

In the detached villas the ground floor holds an open living and dining room with the kitchen, a bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, a full bathroom and a covered terrace; upstairs, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms open onto a large terrace. A roof solarium is available as an option. Shutters are motorised as standard, the bathrooms have underfloor heating, the main one also gets a hydromassage shower column, and the house is pre-installed for ducted air conditioning. The homes are rated energy class A: walls, windows and roof have reinforced thermal and acoustic insulation, a solar panel heats the water and three photovoltaic panels produce electricity.

Entrenaranjos lies beside the Vistabella Golf course, inland from Orihuela Costa. A supermarket, bars and restaurants are a short walk from the villas, and the coast is about 13 km away.
