Art Marina — 2 and 3-Bedroom Apartments with Sea Views in La Carihuela, Torremolinos

Art Marina is a low-rise residential of ten apartments on the boundary between Torremolinos and Benalmádena, in the La Carihuela district. The building steps back floor by floor under a row of pitched roof profiles, so every home gets a deep terrace facing the sea. Nine two-bedroom apartments and one three-bedroom ground-floor apartment are on offer, with delivery planned for the end of 2028.

The apartments

Layouts are built around a kitchen-lounge that runs straight out to the terrace, with the main bedroom en suite, fitted wardrobes and a separate utility room. The ground-floor apartments open onto their own garden with a private pool, while the upper floors trade the garden for a wider terrace and a longer view over the coast. Air conditioning is pre-installed, blinds are electric, and each apartment comes with two parking spaces and a storage room.

The communal area sits in front of the building: a long pool with a sun deck, planted gardens and a gym for residents. Lifts serve all floors and the route from the street to the front door is step-free.

La Carihuela is the old fishing quarter of Torremolinos, a low-rise strip along the beach where the promenade is lined with seafood restaurants that still grill sardines on the sand. Art Marina stands at its western end, where Torremolinos meets Benalmádena: the beach and the promenade are about five minutes on foot in one direction, Puerto Marina with its restaurants and berths about five minutes in the other. Supermarkets, cafés and public transport are within the same short walk.
